Terlalu banyak post pasal diet kan? Diet journeylah, diet tracklah, tapi most of entry post were on foods. Haha. Sewel right?
And anyone yang baru baca this blog confirm akan tanya, "Blog you memang blog makan ek?" Err, nak jawab apa ek?
Most of my post memang pasal foods. Normally kalau rajin, like most recent post memang pasal foods je sebab I got few folders contains food pictures. Tapi sebab malas, memang banyak tertangguh actually.
Back to the topic. Pasal diet tu, sekarang ni memang semangat nak diet takde lansung. Even nak control foods intake pun takde. I eat whatever I want to eat at anytime I want to eat. Terukkan?
But no worries, semangat nak kurus balik memang sentiasa cuma nak start tu je yang malas. Too many obstacles and I am trying to settle it one by one. InsyaAllah, the time will come and all the malas mode will be off soon. Hehe.
