Roti & Bread.

Well Hello. *wave*

Decide to write something here about my ..... diet journey. BORING!! Yeah I know. I also getting bored with myself talking about diet here.

But guess what? I have my diet partner now. We do share some tips, advise even motivate each other. Last week he told me he gonna start his 2 weeks diet with bread. Yes, only bread. Replace anything with bread.
If you let say you eat chicken curry with rice. Replace the rice with bread. 

I already start it last week. Replace any of my meal with bread. Scramble eggs, omelette,  sunny side up. What else? That's for my breakfast. For lunch sometimes I ate Subway Sandwich. Or any buns at nearest bakery.

But, yesterday .. yesterday. I lose to RICE. YES, RICE. Colleagues asked me to join for lunch. Guess what we had for lunch ? NAGI DAUN PISANG. Tell me how can I resist it? Eat the fried chicken without having the fish curry on top of the rice? Nooooooo. Since she wanna belanja me. Then I surrender.

Then today I had oats for breakfast and dinner. Suffer. Yucks. Seriously I cant eat the quaker oats shape control I bought last months. But if I want a good body with a good shape then I need to go through the pain first.

Diet roti? Of  course tambah lagi seminggu as I told Momo I had 2 times tambah nasi. Hehehe.

P/S: I want nasi lemak kruk kruk. *perut bunyik*
